Connect to SQL Server

Please follow the steps below to create a SQL Server connection:

  1. Click on Data Connection in the left-side menu panel

  2. Enter the Data Connection page

There are 2 options on this page:

  1. "Create New Data Connection" at the top, click the corresponding connection type to add a new data connection

  2. "Available Data Connections" at the bottom, where you can select previously created data connections

  3. Click on Create New Data Connection at the top right of the page, then click the corresponding connection type to add a new data connection

  1. We select "SQL Server" from the "Database" group, then proceed to set up the connection parameters page

  1. After filling in the parameters, click the "Verify" button to get the verification result (to verify the connectivity between HENGSHI SENSE and the configured data connection; it cannot be added without passing verification).

  2. Once verified, click the "Add" button to add the configured SQL Server connection.
