Open Settings -> Security Policy page.

Login Security Measures

Enable Complex Passwords

Once enabled, users are required to enter a password that meets the complexity requirements when changing their passwords.

Password Expiration Every 90 Days

The validity of a password is 90 days. After this period, users are forced to change their password upon login.

Enable Picture Verification

Once enabled, users are required to enter a captcha based on a picture when logging in.

Data Privacy Protection

Allow Data Export

Enabled by default, this allows users to export dataset data on the dataset page and CSV data on the chart page.

If disabled, users with roles other than data administrators will be unable to export dataset and chart data.

This feature is designed to prevent users without data management roles from exporting data unauthorized.

Enable Watermark Protection

After enabling watermark, it is visible on any page.

In addition, when a user exports to PDF/PPT/PNG, the exported file will also contain the watermark.
