Data Update Management

Data update management is added during the use of systems to enhance the sensing capabilities, monitoring the background task state of datasets.

Click Settings->Data Update Management

Data update management is divided into Dataset update management and Data Connection update management.

Dataset Update Management

Data update management mainly counts the total number of datasets in the system, the storage space they occupy, and the number of datasets in each update status. There are several ways to filter datasets: by update status, creating user, application, or dataset name.

Filtering

The dataset update management page primarily filters by update status, and by the creating user name of the dataset, the name of the application the dataset is in, or keywords in the dataset name. These filters can be combined.
- By the dataset update status, check the status to view datasets under the current status, multiple selections are possible. For example, check to view datasets that are being updated:
- Switch to the dataset, application, or user on the right, and search by keywords of the selected column:
- Combine both filters, for example: View datasets with the application name containing the keyword "2.4" and with a status of Update Failed:
Update Information

Update information primarily includes: dataset name, application name, engine status, dataset size, update status, time consumed for the last update, update history, creating user.
- You can click View in Update History to review the detailed history in a pop-up window:
The information in the update history mainly includes: launch method, dataset ID, refresh status, refresh time consumed, storage occupied, etc.
Summary Information

The summary information displays the total number of currently selected datasets and the total amount of data:

Data connection is primarily for SaaS API.
