System Debugging

Open Settings->System Debugging. On this page, you can select the start and end time to export server logs for system developers to debug issues.

Real-time Debugging

Click on the switch to start real-time debugging, and then proceed with the operations you want to debug.

After the operation is completed, click Export to download a zip file to your local machine. After exporting, you can click Exit to close real-time debugging.

Export Server-side Historical Logs

Click on the calendar icon to select the start date and end date, then click Export to download the logs for the selected date range.

Set Log Level

Log levels can be set to INFO and DEBUG.
