Application Filtering

When there are too many applications published, you can filter and search according to your needs. The system provides a search box and dropdown list filtering, including categories like: All, Published to Me, My Publications, My Hidden.

Enter keywords in the search box to find applications that contain those keywords in their name.

The search box can be used in conjunction with the dropdown list filtering. For example, search for applications named "application" in the applications I have published:

All

The All category lists all published applications that the current user is entitled to see, including My Publications, Published to Me, and My Hidden applications.

Under the All category, for applications published to me by other users, there is no hide button in the application menu.

If another user has checked the Export Application Template option when publishing an application, then under the All category, that application's menu includes: Create New Application with Template, Export Template options.

If another user did not check the Export Application Template option when publishing the application, then under the All category, that application will not have a three-dot menu.

Published to Me

The Published to Me category only contains applications where the current user is chosen as a viewer in Permission Management.

The current user can only be selected as a viewer by other users if the user's role includes Data Viewing.

When the user's role only includes Data Analysis, other users cannot select them as a target for permission control, hence there are no applications under this category status.

In the Published to Me category, the current user can only hide applications, not delete them.

My Publications

The My Publications category includes all applications published by the current user.

The current user can perform the following operations on applications:

  1. Permission Management

  2. Settings

  3. Create New Application with Template

  4. Export Template

  5. Hide

  6. Delete

My Hidden

Users can hide applications published by others as well as themselves, and all applications hidden by the current user are listed under the My Hidden category.

In the My Hidden category, users can make hidden applications visible again.

The system will record the last selection. After continuing with other operations and returning to the application market page, the page will retain the last selected type.
