Resource Management

System administrators can view, transfer ownership, and delete operations for all resources in the system;

They can view the resources held by specific users, so they can be used to delete users and release system resources after resource transfer/deletion;

When there is a large turnover of organizational users, resources can be organized and reclaimed.

Resource List

System administrators can click Settings -> Resource Management to enter the resource management list page, and filter to view any user's resources. Supported resources include applications, data connections, data preparation, and data science.

Transfer Resources

In the above resource list, system administrators can filter, select resources, and click the “Transfer” operation to transfer selected resources to the target user.

The system supports transferring resources of any number of users to one target user, but we do not recommend doing this to ensure resource safety and control. After the resource is transferred, the aforementioned target user becomes the owner of that resource, and the original user will no longer own those resources. The original user's access to the transferred resources depends on that user's current role and permissions. The resource transfer operation does not affect other users' normal access to and use of the resource.

Delete Resources

In the above resource list, system administrators can filter select resources and click the “Delete” operation to delete selected resources.

After the resources are deleted, no users will be able to view them. If an application is deleted, then any application that has been published to the application marketplace will also be deleted.
